Event & Ticket Information

 

BY PURCHASING YOUR TICKET, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES IN THE SURVIVAL GUIDE

If someone else will be using your ticket or your extra ticket but their name isn’t in the database, THEY WILL BE SENT BACK TO DEFAULT WORLD! 

  • The minimum age for Burnt Soup attendees is 18 years old.

  • No animals are allowed unless they are service animals and must be well behaved. (We really don’t want to have a soup dog thread)

  • If you have a disability and would like to request accommodations, please reach out to an Org team member and we will do our best to assist in any way above and beyond our abilities. burntsouptxorg@gmail.com or message us on Facebook.

  • There are no refunds – Burnt Soup will be held rain or shine.

Pricing:

Standard Ticket – $100

Art Ticket – $125
$50 of ticket price goes to Art Grants

Scholarship Ticket  – $75
For every 10 tickets sold, a scholarship ticket becomes available via lottery.  These tickets will be awarded randomly every week on Sunday.  If you aren’t chosen for a lottery ticket, your name will continue to be in the draw pool for future drawings.  You can find out more about the lottery and fill out the application for it here.

How to purchase tickets:

No Ticket Sales at Gate/Event

Digital (via Credit Card or ACH): Click here to go the ticket processor’s event page.
NOTE! When filling out your payment information, the ticket processor will autofill a 15% fee onto your order. This fee is OPTIONAL with that money going to the ticket processor, not Burnt Soup.  You may change this fee by selecting the drop down box and choosing another option.  If you wish to have no additional fee, choose “Other” and leave the contribution box BLANK.

Cash In Person PRIOR to the event: In person ticket sale opportunities will be publicly announced on our Facebook group page, typically 24 to 72 hours before the opportunity.  The announcement will include who is the sales lead for that opportunity.  If you have any questions, message the Facebook group admins for clarification prior to money exchange. The sales lead will ask you to fill out Google form to collect your personal information.  The organization will use that information to assign you a ticket via our ticket processor with the information you provided within 48 business hours.  We anticipate having in person sales in Austin, San Antonio, and potentially Dallas. Only exchange money with a lead or the contact person listed on the announcement!

!!!There will be no sales at Burnt Soup, you will not be able to purchase a ticket at the gate!!!

Ticket Transfers:

Tickets may be transferred until Noon, Wednesday August 27th! 

Please fill out the ticket transfer form if you need transfer your ticket to another participant!

Tickets may not be sold at a personal profit and must only be sold at or below face value.
